We are looking for
Artists, who would like to display their work (poems, midi tunes, or graphics - which could be
photos, drawings or paintings)
on this website and make it available to greeting cards.
Benefits:
- Fame (and Money): Your name will appear under every card you contributed to. Our goal is
to attract art lovers, agents, gallerists to your art - to discover you, help you
make profit out of it.
- Competition: We will publish Top-10 lists of the most successful art and artists
(according to the number of sent cards), to promote the best art. Take your chance.
- Personal Gifts: Once we list your contribution, you can send it along
with greeting cards to your friends and family - free, and soon with enhanced
features (multiple recipients)
- Profit Share: So far, this website is non-profit. But as soon as we
will make any money from it, we will give you a share. More infos are coming up.
To contribute art, please email it to
art@greeting.net or upload it to our FTP-Server in the incoming directory,
ftp.greeting.net/incoming/
Please fill out our Artist Questionnaire to receive
credits for your art and an artist id you can include with your
contributions for easy reference.
The contribution should be in online format:
- Graphics: JPG preferred, or GIF - no bigger than 640x480 and 150 kb, 300k for
animations
- Sound: Midi format (no WAV), max. 35 kb
- Poems: max. 30 lines. Other languages than English allowed, but only
western character set supported
